Rory Money, Owner and HR Consultant

Rory Money is the Founder of Magnet HR Group LLC.  She has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources and Accounting.  Rory has been in management with a variety of organizations, opening several physician-owned surgical hospitals in the Dallas area.  As an HR Professional, she consults with many different industries in the country on HR issues, providing clients the best fit solution at the most affordable cost. Rory has attended University of Nevada,Las Vegas and completed her education at Dallas Baptist University with a Bachelors in Business Studies and is currently pursuing an MBA.



Sherry Adams, PHR

Sherry has over 16 years of Real Estate and HR experience. She brings a wealth of knowledge in business operations, financial management, compliance, and HR to help guide the business strategy of Magnet HR Group.



Melanie Scott, RN MSN

Ms. Scott has extensive experience managing and leading people to achieve organizational goals, building collaborative and highly effective intraprofessional teams, reengineering surgery services to enhance the quality of patient care, patient safety, and clinical outcomes, and developing innovative specialty surgery programs.



Kevin D. Jones, MBA

Mr. Jones is a seasoned business professional with over 17 years of healthcare experience working with physician practices, ambulatory surgery centers, and both for-profit and not-for-profit hospital systems. Currently the CEO of a large physician group in Plano, TX and previously served as the Director of Surgical Services for Mercy Memorial Hospital in Ardmore, OK and President of Methodist McKinney Hospital in McKinney, TX. Mr. Jones lives in Dallas, TX with his wife and two daughters. He earned both his undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Oklahoma. Mr. Jones brings a wealth of knowledge in business operations, financial management, compliance and human resources to help guide the business strategy of Magnet HR Group.


Korah Carlson, Client Support Specialist

Ms. Carlson is an HR and Payroll professional. She is licensed in Life & Health and P&C. Her progressive experience over the last 5 years has been in consistent success designing, implementing, customer service, managing and administering HR, Payroll, State and Federal Taxes and Benefits. Her experience and knowledge helps clients mitigate risk and stay in compliance. Other roles include management of day-to-day payroll processing and team operations, employee call center support, as well as year-end compliance and processing for Payroll and Human Resource management.

Ms. Carlson is a member of the American Payroll Association (APA), and the Society for Human
Resource Management (SHRM). She is currently working to obtain her SHRM-CP and Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) in 2019.

Ms. Carlson has a BA in Human Relations and Health and Exercise Science degree from
University of Oklahoma.



Jeff Trapp, Tax Strategist

Jeff Trapp has been helping business owners save $20,000-$245,000 + every single year on their taxes for over 10 years. Jeff provides his clients with tax and wealth savings strategies, so that they can keep more of their hard-earned money. That way they can invest it back into their business, invest in retirement or real estate, save for their children’s college education, or perhaps splurge on that brand-new sports car.

Jeff is not like other accountants, where he enters numbers into a spreadsheet and expects you to make crucial decisions off of it. Instead, he works alongside you throughout the year to help you get a handle on your tax and financial situation, so that you can go to bed each night knowing that you are in a profitable place, consistently growing, and knowing how much you will owe in taxes at the end of the year.

At the end of the day, Jeff knows that you are a busy person and he wants you to focus your energy on what you love to do.

Jeff graduated from Brigham Young University and worked in public accounting for over 10 years before starting his own firm. When he is not working he enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife Abby and 5 young boys. Jeff also enjoys going to the beach, skiing, watching his kids play sports, and going to Dodger games.
